We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and the payment identifiers linked to your chosen method — UPI VPA, Paytm number or PhonePe handle. We also log the device and IP address used at registration for security purposes.

Payment details are shared only with the payment processor needed to complete your transaction — for example, the UPI network or Paytm's gateway. We do not share that data with advertisers, data brokers, or any unaffiliated third party.

We retain account records for the minimum period required under applicable Indian financial regulations after account closure. Once that period expires and you have made a deletion request, active records are removed within 30 days.
