and keep your account secure. Transaction records tied to your Paytm or UPI deposits are retained for the period required by applicable financial and legal obligations in India. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data shared with payment processors such as PhonePe

Account identity data is held for the duration of your account plus the minimum period required by Indian financial law. Once that window closes and you have requested deletion, we remove your records from active storage within 30 days.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and the payment identifiers linked to your chosen method — UPI VPA, Paytm number or PhonePe handle. We also log the device and IP address used at registration for security purposes.

Payment details are shared only with the payment processor needed to complete your transaction — for example, the UPI network or Paytm's gateway. We do not share that data with advertisers, data brokers, or any unaffiliated third party.

We retain account records for the minimum period required under applicable Indian financial regulations after account closure. Once that period expires and you have made a deletion request, active records are removed within 30 days.
